END OF YEAR GIVING LETTER

Greetings from Appalachia Reach Out,

A Year of Growth and Gratitude

As we reflect on 2024 and eagerly anticipate the opportunities of 2025, we're filled with gratitude for a God who remains steadfast and unchanging. His unwavering provision has guided Appalachia Reach Out (ARO) through every step of our journey. We extend our heartfelt thanks to all who have supported ARO with your time, generous donations, and fervent prayers. Your partnership has been instrumental in our growth and impact.

As we look back to the impact that ARO has had in the areas we work in, we are continually amazed at the people that God places in our path to serve and serve with. Below is a breakdown of ARO’s projects and the impact ARO is having in Appalachia.

A Year of Expansion

2024 has been a year of remarkable growth for ARO. Our Work and Witness teams have been more active than ever before, serving in Martin County, KY, Perry County, Ky, and our new site in Scioto County, OH. We've expanded our staff to better serve our communities and forged new relationships while strengthening existing ones. We currently have 12 teams scheduled to serve at our new site in 2025. Please continue to pray for God’s direction for a new Work and Witness Director in Nicholas County, West Virgina. It's truly inspiring to witness God's transformative grace at work in the lives of Appalachians and our ARO partners.

A Vision for the Future

As we look ahead, we're excited about the possibilities. What if ARO's facilities and accommodations were expanded to better serve our communities? How can we reach more people in Appalachia and beyond? What could a long-term, permanent presence in Scioto County look like? How can we collaborate with regional and national initiatives to improve the lives of those we serve? These questions are not mere speculations. They represent practical steps toward fulfilling God's vision for ARO. We believe that He will continue to open doors and provide opportunities beyond our imagination.

Your Continued Partnership

Your financial support has been essential to ARO's mission. We humbly ask for your continued partnership in our annual End of the Year Giving Campaign. Your generosity will enable us to expand our ministry efforts, support our dedicated staff, and provide essential resources to the communities we serve. Together, we can make a lasting impact on the lives of Appalachians.

End of the Year Giving Goals

This year, ARO would like to challenge you to prayerfully consider giving towards one of these special requests through our End of Year Giving Campaign. If you would like your contribution to go towards one of these projects specifically, please note this in your donation (e.g., in the memo line of a check or in the memo line through PayPal). Funds exceeding a goal will be applied towards another special project; when all special projects are funded, contributions will be applied to our general fund to support all operations of the ministry as we look ahead to 2025.

To give, send a check or cash to P.O. Box 2147, Inez, KY 41224. For online donations visit our DONATE NOW tab.

Thank You

Thank you, again. Appalachia Reach Out would not be able to have an impact in the heart of Appalachia without support through prayers, financial gifts, and God’s direction. I want to personally thank you for your consideration to be a part of the impact ARO is making in the lives of those we serve and those that come alongside us. Your gift will go directly to these lives we serve every day and will make an eternal impact for the Kingdom!

Pointing All to Christ,

Rev. Dwayne P. Mills
